Conditions for works in the area of SaarGummi Slovakia, Ltd.

Duties and responsibilities:

a/ Supplier is responsible for:

· safety and health protection assurance at work and observance of the occupational safety principles

stipulated in Work Code, Act of NC SR No. 309/2007 Collection of Laws, Notice SÚBP No. 59/1982

Coll. as amended, Notice 484/1990 Coll., Notice SÚBP No. 374/1990 Coll. , Notice SÚBP No.

11/1975Coll. and other legal norms regulating BOZP area (safety and health protection at work);

· providing his employees with personal protection means, which protect a worker from unrecoverable

risks, arising at working process and check of their use. The supplier’s employees have to wear working

clothes marked with a supplier’s logo;

· assurance of capacity of fire-technical means in every time.

b/ Supplier’s employees are compulsory:

· to move only in specified workplaces and spaces; it is prohibited to use a bicycle in production spaces of

SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o.;

· to keep secrecy regarding all the facts, which they learn at the performance of their activities;

· to participate at the entry briefing regarding SEM by studying the principles of System of environmental

managering – ISO 14001 in SaarGummi Slovakia s.r.o.

· to participate at the entry training regarding BP and PO (work safety and fire prevention);

· not to limit the ability to pass through communications, manipulating lanes, accesses to electric switch

boards, fire extinguishers, not to store combustible material in a fire dangerous space of the object and in

escape passages;

· to observe the smoking prohibition and the open fire use instructions;

· to use sanitary facilities of SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o.;

· to observe STN (Slovak Technical Norm) 65 0201 provisions when manipulating with combustible

liquids;

· to observe the provisions of the Act of Slovak National Council No. 314/2001 Coll. as amended on fire

prevention, Notice of H.O. SR No. 121/2002 Coll. about fire precaution as well as an effective company

fire prevention documentation;

· to respect the instructions of fire technician and of accredited safety inspector of SGSK;

· to notify the responsible supplier’s employee if some ineligible event occurs, such as working accident,

fire, device crash, escape of pollutants into working space and environment;

· to assure the conditions in working places, to equip them with containers for waste deposition and

separation in accordance with the instructions related to environment protection and the Act on waste

No. 223/2001 Coll.;

· supplier and his sub-supplier are compulsory to liquidate waste from the material and raw material

brought in order to perform ordered activities as well as municipal waste generated at the activity at their

own costs;

· if the containers of the company SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o. are used for common separated waste

(foodstuff pack paper, plastic bottles, automatic machine cups), the supplier’s employees are

compulsory to accept the waste separation according to label indications attached to the containers;

· the supplier must not create any temporary waste inter-dump in the area of SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o.;

· it is prohibited to drive waste material of any kind to SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o.;

 at the end of every working day it is necessary to assure an adequate order and cleanliness at the

workplace and in the area assigned for preparation works and depositing supplier’s material;

· transportation, mobile mechanisms, technology devices of the supplier must comply with legal

requirements for technical condition controls; no oil substances, chemicals exhaust gasses may leak,

they must be led out the production hall, they must not pollute working space and environment by their

excessive smoking. In the case of not working, the engines must be switched off. It is necessary to

observe traffic rules in the area;

· mannipulating means (VZV = high-lift carriage) used in SaarGummi Slovakia, s.r.o. must be duly

marked with a supplier’s logo;

· ignoring the listed order and cleanliness requirements will be classified as the breach of contractual

relationships with the possibility of fine from the side of workers authorized to perform a physical

inspection.

c/ Customer is compulsory:

· to provide supplier’s employees with authorization to enter the company premises.
