If you are interested in working in the automotive industry, download and fill out the job seeker questionnaire via the link on this page. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll., it is necessary to sign the consent to the processing of personal data in the questionnaire. Applications and questionnaires received are carefully checked, and candidates who meet the required criteria are invited to the selection process by telephone. We only send responses to candidates who have been invited and have had a personal interview with the company. We record your data for 6 months from their delivery to our company.
Information about the acceptance process for the production operator
Those interested in working for the position of production operator can come for an interview without a prior invitation from the HR department, every Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. to the plant in Dolné Vestenice and register at the personnel gatehouse. Please note that the selection process takes approximately 2 hours. For production operator positions, the selection process consists of a personal interview with the production foreman and HR manager, a production tour and a skill test.
Information about the hiring process for non-production positions
Commencement of employment is preceded by a selection procedure, which is specific to each job position to be filled. The invitation to the interview is conditional on the prior sending of the applicant’s CV to the praca@saargummi.com email address. For non-production positions, a two-stage selection procedure is carried out. The first stage of selection is carried out by the Head of Human Resources with the participation of the head of the unit to be filled. The second phase of the selection process is led by the CEO of the company. Parts of both phases of the interview can be conducted in a foreign language, and a knowledge and psychodiagnostics test can also be included.
