Remuneration
We remunerate employees according to their job title. Each job title has its own meaning and is important for the entire production process. The remuneration considers the complexity of the operation performed as well as the fulfilment of performance standards.
The employee’s remuneration consists of several components, in addition to the basic salary, another component of the salary is:
Loyalty surcharge
An employee who will have worked for 20 years or more in the company as of 31 December in the given calendar year is entitled to a loyalty contribution in the amount of € 150, if he or she will have worked 50% or more of the working time fund for the given calendar year in the evaluated calendar year.
In addition to the performance of work, the time worked also includes the time of taking holidays, holidays, preventive check-ups in relation to work, paid leave according to the CC and blood donation.
Any paid overtime work does not increase the working time fund in a given year.
The payment of bonuses is made in January after the end of the evaluated year.
Recruitment Allowance
According to the collective agreement, the employee will be paid a recruitment allowance of 200 Euros. The following conditions must be met for the payment of the recruitment allowance:
Annual attendance bonus
An annual attendance bonus of 1000 Euros will be paid to a worker who works on production machines in the December salary, provided that his employment contract is valid from 1.1. to 31.12. of the given calendar year, and he did not have any absence from the workplace in the given year, except for the following exceptions:
