Welcome to our company’s Logistics section. To ensure a smooth and efficient process of unloading and loading goods, we ask all freight forwarding companies and carriers to adhere to the following guidelines:

Procedure for entering the premises of the Dolné Vestenice plant

1. Registration: The truck driver must register at the self-service kiosk located in front of our company’s gatehouse.
2. Waiting for SMS: After successful registration, the driver will wait to receive an SMS message confirming entry to the area. The SMS message will contain information about the designated place (gate) for unloading or loading the goods.
3. Entrance to the premises: After receiving an SMS message, the driver can continue to the premises, following the instructions of the logistics staff.

Speeding up the registration process

In the case of loading our goods, it is possible to speed up the registration process at the kiosk by requesting the shipping company in advance, before the arrival of the vehicle, the Shipment Identification Number by email in the form of a PDF document with a barcode. This code can be read by the kiosk scanner from the screen of their mobile phone, which pairs the vehicle with the planned shipment.

Safety Instructions

On the premises of the plant, reversing of a truck is allowed only with the assistance of a competent and duly instructed logistics officer.
