SaarGummi Slovakia Ltd., Gumárenská 397/21, 972 23 Dolné Vestenice, ID No. 36 331 162, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section Sro, Insert No. 14152/R, as the controller, processes personal data of employees and other natural persons (hereinafter referred to as “data subjects”) in its information systems in connection with the management of personnel and payroll agenda and records of one-time entry to the company’s premises, camera systems located on the company’s premises, or for other purposes pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Regulation”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is special laws, the consent of the data subject, as well as the legitimate interest of the controller.
